At the top of the year Merriam Webster adds new words to the officially recognized list. As the calendars turn to 2021, many salons are instead wishing a few words would disappear. If anyone talks about ‘pivoting’ and ‘post lockdown’ strategies again, we might assist in filing a petition to add it to the list of yesterday’s lexicon. As much as we are tired of the extensions to many lockdown orders, we are still holding onto optimism as we plan for what is sure to be a resurgence due to pent up demand and a general sense of feeling ‘normal.’
The team at Vish are working to assist in spreading hope with it’s latest installment of webinars, aimed at supporting salons as they brace themselves to capitalize on this demand. The first session, set to air January 11 at 9am PST / 12pm EST, will feature three of the industry’s top coaches and focus on what success will look like in 2021.
