• 1. Promotion Overview

  1.1.

  The Vish x Glammatic Collab Offer (“Promotion”) provides eligible salons with promotional savings of up to $1,100 USD on a combined offer featuring Vish products/services and select Glammatic services (the “Offer”).

  This Promotion is available only to qualifying SalonCentric salons located in North America (United States and Canada). Void where prohibited.

  This promotion applies only to:
  • Vish 5
  • Vish 10
  • Vish 20
  • Vish Enterprise

  The Vish Solo and Vish Starter plans are not eligible for this offer.

  2. Promotional Value

  2.1.

  The “save up to $1,100” value represents the maximum combined promotional value available under this Promotion. Actual savings may vary based on Offer selection, salon needs, location, and eligibility.

  2.2

  Promotion value may be comprised of:

  • Discounts and/or credits related to Glammatic services (including, but not limited to, website and/or social media services, depending on the package selected), and/or

  • Discounts and/or credits related to Vish products/services (including, but not limited to, hardware and/or subscription incentives, depending on the plan selected).
    
    2.3.

    All promotional values are approximate. Currency is presented in USD for reference. Where applicable, Canadian values may be shown in CAD and may vary based on exchange rates.

  3. Eligibility Requirements

  3.1. SalonCentric Requirement

  To qualify, the salon must be an active SalonCentric salon customer at time of redemption, as determined by Vish and/or participating partners.

  3.2. Geography

  The Promotion is available only to salons located in North America (United States and Canada).

  3.3. New Customer Requirement 

  This Promotion is available to new Vish customers only unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Vish.
  • One redemption per salon/business location.
  • Existing Vish customers may be excluded unless Vish approves in writing.

  3.4. Other Restrictions

  • Offer is not available to resellers, distributors, partners, or agencies purchasing on behalf of multiple salons.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other Vish or Glammatic promotions, discounts, referral incentives, or special pricing unless explicitly approved in writing.

  4. Promotion Period

  4.1.

  The Promotion begins [Feb 5] and ends [March 31] (the “Promotion Period”), or while promotional availability lasts.

  4.2.

  Vish and/or Glammatic reserve the right to modify, pause, or end this Promotion at any time, with or without notice, including due to limited availability.

  5. Redemption & Verification

  5.1.

  To redeem:

  1. Submit the Promotion form through the official Vish landing page or via an authorized Vish representative.
  2. Confirm eligibility (SalonCentric + North America) if requested.
  3. Complete purchase/activation steps required for the Offer selected.
  4. Agree to the applicable Terms of Service.

  5.2.

  Vish and/or Glammatic may request documentation or information to validate eligibility (e.g., SalonCentric association, salon address, ownership/authorization). Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.

  6. How to Redeeem

  6.1. Vish Fulfillment

  If the Offer includes Vish hardware and/or onboarding, Vish will coordinate shipping and/or onboarding based on the salon’s plan and onboarding availability. Shipping timelines may vary.

  6.2. Glammatic Fulfillment

  If the Offer includes Glammatic services, Glammatic will coordinate onboarding, timelines, and delivery directly with the customer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on scope, approvals, salon responsiveness, and scheduling.

  6.3.

  Customers are responsible for providing required inputs in a timely manner (e.g., branding assets, approvals, content access). Delays in customer responsiveness may delay delivery and do not extend the Promotion Period.

  7. Limitations

  7.1.
  • One Offer redemption per salon/business location.
  • Promotion is not transferable and cannot be resold.
  • Promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or account credit (unless explicitly stated in writing).
  • Discounts apply only to eligible Offer components and may not apply to taxes, shipping, add-ons, upgrades, or third-party fees unless explicitly stated.

  7.2.

  Vish and Glammatic are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customer delays, scheduling limitations, force majeure events, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

  8.1.

  By participating, you agree to these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

  8.2.

  Vish and/or Glammatic reserve the right to revoke promotional benefits if eligibility requirements are not met or if there is suspected misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of the Promotion terms.

  8.3.

  All standard warranties, return policies, and service terms remain governed by the applicable provider (Vish for Vish products/services, Glammatic for Glammatic services).

11.1. This Promotion is subject to the Vish Terms & Conditions and the Vish Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Vish x Glammatic Promotion, customers agree to comply with all standard Vish terms, including limitations of liability, data usage, and dispute resolution procedures outlined therein.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the general Vish Terms & Conditions, the general Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
