It’s time to get going, and we’re with you every step of the way. Your Vish Customer Success Coordinator, will take you through our proven methodology of getting the most out of your new system:

  • Learn how your system is setup and how you can make changes, should you need.
  • Setup your hardware, your front desk app and get familiar with all the support available to you.
  • Introduce Vish to your team, showing them how to use it and WHY it’s the next level for color performance.
  • Schedule your check-ins to track your progress and see how to keep getting more.

While your support is built into your monthly subscription, getting started requires a bit more love and attention. We’re here for you.

Description

Every Vish Training plan comes with an introduction to the Vish Dashboard, the go-live setup of your hardware, and also team training. Depending on your subscription level, certain education plans are required:

  • Solo – Includes one-on-one virtual training for the Vish Solo Subscription
  • Starter – Includes onboarding and virtual training for the Vish Starter Subscription (up to 3 users).
  • Vish 5 – Includes onboarding and virtual training for the Vish 5 Subscription (up to 5 users).
  • Vish 10 – Includes onboarding and virtual training for the Vish 10 Subscription (up to 10 users).
  • Onsite – Available to all salons and highly recommended for salons on Vish 10 and 20. A Vish Educator will spend one or two days at your salon training your team.
  • Hourly – Need a refresher for your team? Purchase virtual training by the hour as needed.

Your Vish Customer Success Coordinator is also available for retraining and additional time if you need to customize the way you schedule your onboarding. Contact Sales for a custom quote on training and education.
