What to Expect
At Vish, we don’t believe you should go it alone. When you sign up with Vish, you get a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be in touch every step of the way.
- Step 1 – once you sign up, you’ll get an email with a link to schedule your introduction call. During this call, we will confirm that you have everything you need and get some details from you to get your Vish system setup.
- Step 2 – After we meet, your Customer Success Manager will get to work on setting up your integration (if applicable), add your services, add your products, setup prices and starting allowances.
- Step 3 – Once you’re all setup, your Customer Success Manager will walk you through downloading and accessing your customized Vish system on your iPad or tablet and show you how to get mixing. You’ll also see the Vish Dashboard and get a full training on the key areas of reports, setup and updates.
- Step 4 – It’s GO TIME. You’ll get started mixing and we’ll be on stand-by should you need help!
- Step 5 – after your first 30 days, your Customer Success Manager will check in and help you review your performance, answer questions, and offer insight into how to get the most out of your Vish system.
Your Vish subscription comes with support and ongoing enhancements for your package.
