- Eligibility
1.1. The “My Vish Moment” Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of North America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Vish (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to participate. - Contest Summary
2.1. The Contest begins on March 25, 2025, and ends on April 4th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. There is up to one (1) Prize available to be won, as described in Paragraph 5 (the “Prize”). Winner will be announced on April 7th, 2025. - How to Enter
3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, Eligible Entrants must submit a video or photo along with a description of their Vish Moment. Submissions must be uploaded to the official contest entry form provided by Vish. Each entry must include all requested information, including but not limited to the entrant’s name, salon name, location, and contact information. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.3.2. By submitting an entry, entrants grant Vish the right to use, edit, and share their video/photo submissions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content. - Selection of Winner
4.1. One (1) winner will be selected by Vish based on the merit of the entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the Prize. The response from the Winner can be via an email reply to the address by which they were informed of their prize, info@getvish.com, or at 1-888-419-6391.If necessary, should a Prize be unclaimed, or should the Selected Entrant be unwilling, unable, or ineligible to win a Prize as set out in these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and Vish Limited shall have the right to select, as replacements only, additional Entries.The Selected Entrant will not be declared a winner until: Vish Limited has determined the Selected Entrant is an Eligible Entrant pursuant to these Official Rules;The Selected Entrant correctly answers, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, a skill testing question as set out in these Official Rules. - Prize

6.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Vish, which are final and binding in all respects. Vish reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vish’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Vish in its sole discretion. Vish reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each participant to comply with these Official Rules. Vish Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an Entrant if it finds to tamper or attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, if the Entrant is in violation of these Official Rules or if the Entrant is violating the terms of service, conditions, use and/or general rules or guidelines for this Contest. If an Entrant is disqualified for any reason, another entry will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries received as set out in these Official Rules. - Release and Indemnification
7.1. By entering this Contest, each Entrant: (a) release and holds harmless Vish Limited and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, property damage, or lost revenue, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest of participation in the Entry; and (b) agrees to fully indemnify the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all claims on the part of any third party or parties related in any way and for any reason to the Contest or to the Prize, including, without limitation, death or personal or property damage or injury.Vish is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. - Privacy
8.1. Any personal information collected during the course of the Contest will be used in accordance with Vish’s Privacy Policy and as set out in these Terms and Conditions. - Governing Law
9.1. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. - Sponsor
