Colour Bar Makeover: London Edition Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Eligibility

    1.1.

    The “Colour Bar Makeover” Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”).

    Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Vish Limited (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to participate.

    Eligible Entrants must be salon owners operating a professional hair salon located within the United Kingdom. If the salon premises are leased or rented, the Entrant must obtain written permission from the landlord to complete the renovation prior to prize fulfilment.

    2. Contest Summary

    2.1.

    The Contest begins on February 1st, 2026 and ends on March 14th, 2026 at 23:59 GMT (the “Contest Period”).

    All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. One (1) Prize is available to be won in this Contest.

    3. How to Enter

    3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form available at https://getvish.com/color-bar-makeover/london-edition during the Contest Period.

    Each entry must include all requested information, including but not limited to the Entrant’s name, salon name, location, contact information, and a brief description of why the salon should receive the makeover.

    Limit one (1) entry per Entrant. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

    Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Vish Limited and will not be returned.

    4. Selection of Winner

    4.1.

    One (1) winner (the “Selected Entrant”) will be chosen by Vish based on the merit, creativity, and suitability of the entry, as determined in Vish’s sole discretion. Vish’s decision is final and binding.

    The Selected Entrant will be notified within ninety (90) days of the end of the Contest Period and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the Prize.

    If the Selected Entrant is unable, unwilling, or ineligible to accept the Prize, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited and Vish reserves the right to select an alternate Eligible Entrant.

    The Selected Entrant will not be confirmed as the winner until all of the following conditions are satisfied:

    • Verification of eligibility under these Terms and Conditions
    • Correct completion of a skill-testing question without assistance
    • Execution of a release and waiver
    • Submission of measurements, photos, and/or videos of the salon space
    • Participation in a consultation call with a Vish representative
    • Agreement to use the Vish system in the salon for a minimum of six (6) months (subscription costs included in the Prize)
    • Agreement to allow Vish representatives to attend and document the installation and onboarding process

    5. Prize

    5.1. One (1) Prize is available with a total retail value of up to £20,000 GBP.

    Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final Prize.

    The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Any costs not explicitly included are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize may not be resold for a period of twelve (12) months following delivery or installation.

    If the salon premises are leased or rented, written landlord consent must be provided prior to fulfilment.

    All Prize elements must be used exclusively for professional salon services at the registered salon address of the winner.

    Prize Breakdown The Prize consists of the following components:

    • Furnishings and Installation
    Colour bar counters, shelving, storage, and finishes. Reimbursement for approved installation costs associated with the Furnishings. Up to £10,000 GBP.

    Receipts for Installation Allowance expenses must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the expense being incurred and are subject to approval. Reimbursement will be issued electronically within thirty (30) days of approval.

    • The Gift of Vish
    Vish Bluetooth scales (quantity based on salon size), technology setup, onsite or virtual education, one (1) iPad per scale, one (1) iPad stand per scale, one (1) mixing mat per scale, and six (6) months of Vish subscription costs. Retail value up to £3,800 GBP.

    • Business Coaching

    Months of Colour Business Advisory to create the processes, systems and structure to drive Revenue, maximize Cash Flow & Profitability, and implement Operational Efficiency across your colour business.

    Business Support Package Includes: 90 Minute Business Consultation Bi-Weekly Strategy Sessions Expert Audit and Analysis of your Colour Business, VIP Vish support by our Salon Success Team. Retail value up to £2,500 GBP.

    • Colour Bar Restock
    Professional hair colour supplied through an approved manufacturer or distributor selected at Vish’s discretion. Retail value up to £4,000 GBP.
    Products are not for resale and must be used for professional services within the salon.

    Installation Deadline

    Installation must be completed by September 30th, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of the Prize without liability to Vish.

    6. General Condition

    6.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Vish, which are final and binding in all respects. Vish reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vish’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Vish in its sole discretion. Vish reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each participant to comply with these Official Rules.

    Vish Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an Entrant if it finds to tamper or attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, if the Entrant is in violation of these Official Rules or if the Entrant is violating the terms of service, conditions, use and/or general rules or guidelines for this Contest. If an Entrant is disqualified for any reason, another entry will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries received as set out in these Official Rules.

    7. Release and Indemnification

    7.1. By entering this Contest, each Entrant: (a) release and holds harmless Vish Limited and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, property damage, or lost revenue, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest of participation in the Entry; and (b) agrees to fully indemnify the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all claims on the part of any third party or parties related in any way and for any reason to the Contest or to the Prize, including, without limitation, death or personal or property damage or injury.

    Vish is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

    8. Privacy

    8.1. Vish Limited will collect and process personal data provided by Entrants for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting Entrants, awarding and delivering the Prize, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

    8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable United Kingdom data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    8.3. Where Entrants have explicitly opted in, Vish Limited may use personal data to send marketing communications, including product updates, educational content, and promotional offers. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in such communications.

    8.4. Entry into the Contest does not automatically subscribe Entrants to marketing communications.

    8.5. Vish Limited will not sell personal data and will only share data with trusted service providers where necessary to administer the Contest.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
