VISH COLOR BAR MAKEOVER: SUNSHINE EDITION OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility
1.1. The “Color Bar Makeover: Sunshine Edition” Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”). Eligible Entrants must be salon owners or nominated on behalf of a salon located within the State of Florida. You are not eligible if, during the entry period, you are an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of Vish (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of each. If the salon space is leased, entrants must have written permission from their landlord to complete the renovation. The Selected Entrant will win the Prize as defined herein.

Contest Summary
2.1. The Contest begins on August 6, 2026 and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. There is up to one (1) Prize available to be won in this Contest, as described in Paragraph 5 (the “Prize”).

How to Enter
3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form available at [ENTRY LINK] during the Contest Period. Each entry must include all requested information, including but not limited to the Entrant’s name, salon name, location, contact information, and business details as requested on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per salon. Multiple entries from the same salon will be disqualified.
Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Vish Limited and will not be returned.
3.2. Entrants may also be entered by a Vish representative in the course of an in-person visit, pre-booked demonstration, or event interaction, provided the entrant has consented to entry and provided the required information.

Selection of Winner
4.1. One (1) winner will be selected by Vish based on the merit of the entry. The decision of Vish is final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The winner will be notified within thirty (30) days of the end of the Contest Period. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the Prize, via email reply to the address by which they were informed of their Prize, info@getvish.com, or at 1-888-419-6391.
If a Prize is unclaimed, or the Selected Entrant is unwilling, unable, or ineligible to win a Prize as set out in these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and Vish Limited shall have the right to select, as a replacement only, an additional Entry.
The Selected Entrant will not be declared a winner until:
Vish Limited has determined the Selected Entrant is an Eligible Entrant pursuant to these Official Rules;
The Selected Entrant correctly answers, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, a skill testing question as set out in these Official Rules; and
The Selected Entrant executes a release and waiver.
The Selected Entrant has provided measurements, photos, and/or video of the space that will be renovated to Vish.
The Selected Entrant has met with a Vish representative via Zoom or phone call to discuss next steps, confirm eligibility, and confirm all details provided in the entry.
The Selected Entrant agrees to use the Vish app and scale(s) in their salon for a period of at least six (6) months (costs included in Prize).
The Selected Entrant agrees to allow representatives from Vish to attend and film installation and Vish onboarding/education.
4.2. Pre-Booked Demo Sign-Ups. If an Entrant begins a paid Vish subscription following an in-salon demonstration prior to being selected as the winner, and is subsequently selected as the winner, the value of any Vish subscription payments made by that Entrant between their sign-up date and the winner announcement date will be credited toward fulfillment of the Prize, as if the Prize had commenced on the Entrant’s original sign-up date. Signing up for Vish prior to winning does not disqualify an Entrant or reduce the value of the Prize.

Prize
5.1. There will be one (1) Prize available to be won, with a total announced value of up to $25,000 USD. The chances of winning the Prize depend on the number of Eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
Please note that images shown in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely represent the actual Prize.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the winner is renting or leasing the salon space, they must provide written permission from their landlord to complete the renovation prior to Prize fulfillment. The actual value of the renovation will be determined by the specific needs and conditions of the winner’s salon and may not exceed $25,000 USD. Any tax or other expense not explicitly specified as part of the Prize is the Winner’s sole responsibility. Vish Limited is not responsible for factors beyond its control that prevent the Prize from being fulfilled. The Prize will only be granted to the verified Winner. All products, furnishings, and construction materials will be used exclusively for professional salon services inside the salon located at the registered business address of the Prize winner.
The Prize may not be resold for a period of twelve (12) months after delivery.
The Prize is made up of the following components, with an aggregate value of up to $25,000 USD:
Color Bar Renovation Allowance: a flexible allowance to upgrade the winner’s existing color bar, including new storage, layout, and finishes. [OPEN: confirm sub-cap, if any]
Gift of Vish: Vish Bluetooth scales (quantity varies by salon size), tech setup, onsite education, one (1) iPad per scale, one (1) iPad stand per scale, one (1) mixing mat per scale, and six (6) months of Vish subscription costs. [OPEN: confirm sub-cap]
Color Bar Restock: professional hair color purchased on the winner’s behalf, in the winner’s preferred lines. [OPEN: confirm sub-cap]
90-Day Business Advisory: a 90-minute deep-dive business consultation, bi-weekly strategy sessions for 90 days, an expert audit of the winner’s color business, and VIP support from the Vish Salon Success Team.
[OPEN: Marketing/Finance to confirm whether each component carries its own dollar sub-cap, as in the Texas edition, or whether the $25,000 is administered as a single aggregate allowance for Florida. This changes the wording above and should be locked before publishing.]
Installation Deadline: The winner must arrange for installation of the color bar makeover to be completed by [OPEN: DATE]. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to coordinate and schedule any necessary contractors or services required for installation. Vish is not liable for delays, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet the installation deadline due to the winner’s actions or inactions. Failure to complete installation by the specified date will result in forfeiture of the Prize without obligation or liability to Vish.

General Conditions
6.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vish, which are final and binding in all respects. Vish reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Vish’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Vish in its sole discretion. Vish reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each participant to comply with these Official Rules. If an Entrant is disqualified for any reason, another entry will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries.

Release and Indemnification
7.1. By entering this Contest, each Entrant: (a) releases and holds harmless Vish Limited and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, including death, property damage, or lost revenue, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, or participation in the Contest or the Entry; and (b) agrees to fully indemnify the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any and all claims on the part of any third party related in any way to the Contest or the Prize, including, without limitation, death or personal or property damage or injury.
Vish is not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or equipment or programming associated with the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, by an entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of a Prize.

Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected during the Contest will be used in accordance with Vish’s Privacy Policy and as set out in these Official Rules.

Governing Law

Section 849.094), confirm with legal/finance whether Florida law should govern this edition instead, or whether corporate prefers to keep Newfoundland and Labrador across all editions regardless of the entrant’s state.
