How is Sync+ different from standard POS integration?
Standard POS integration connects Vish and your POS. Sync+ takes it a step further for Phorest by automatically sending service updates and product charges from the Vish Color Bar App back into Phorest, so everything stays aligned through checkout.
How do we turn on Sync+?
Book a quick call with our Customer Success team to enable Sync+. Once it’s on, it runs in the background, just tap “Complete” in the Vish app to trigger the sync.
Do we still get standard POS integration without Sync+?
Can I get Sync+ if I’m not on Phorest?
Right now, Sync+ is available just for Phorest salons. If you’re on a different POS, you’re still on our radar. We’re expanding Sync+ to additional partners in the near future.
Will my team need to change how they work?
Not at all! Your team keeps working the same way. Sync+ just takes care of the behind-the-scenes syncing with Phorest, so there’s less re-entry and fewer little “cleanup” moments at checkout.
