1. Eligibility

The Vish & SalonCentric.com Color Order Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are licensed salon owners aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Vish, SalonCentric, and their affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must place a minimum of one professional product order through the Vish + SalonCentric.com integration between the start of the contest period and the contest end date. Each qualifying order submitted before the deadline will count as one entry.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins upon announcement and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 26, 2025. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a reimbursement equal to the full value of their qualifying order, up to a maximum of $5,000 USD. The prize will be fulfilled within 14 days of winner confirmation, in the form of a reimbursement to the original method of payment or account credit.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via phone and/or email by June 1, 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Disqualification

Vish reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, technical manipulation, or who fails to meet the eligibility criteria. Entries that are incomplete, late, corrupted, or submitted through unauthorized means will not be accepted.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Vish reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, for any reason, including technical or administrative issues beyond its control.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Vish to use their name, salon name, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
